Downtown and Mississippi River Visit
Baton Rouge
Today I have went to Baton Rouge downtown with Nandana. I think today was the best day I have ever enjoyed a lot in the outings. I liked the nature very much. The sunset, river, bridge, weather and everything. I fell in love with that place. A good place to go when the routine life is boring and it is the most beautiful place in Baton Rouge I have ever seen. It wouldn’t have been that much beautiful if we went little early or little late. We have reached there at the correct time the sun is ready to set. We took very good pictures of each other and played some time in the water by putting our legs in the water. Water was ice cold and couldn’t keep the legs for long time. I couldn’t stop admiring the beauty of that place when I first reached there. It’s the most romantic place. Downtown is also very pleasant place to walk. It is not as big as other cities but considerably it’s nice. I would like to visit it again. After the sunset we went through the sidewalk towards the state capital building. That walk was very nice with chitchatting and walking on the railway track. But we have to postpone going to state capital because, it’s already dark and we couldn’t see anyone there. So we thought it would be risky to go there. So we came back to the bus stop but we had more than half-n-hour. So we roamed around the downtown for some time and had some coffee. If it is Hyderabad, panipuri would be our next thing to have. After that we saw a Mexican guy who is asking money from the people walking on the road and he is on the opposite road to us. When we were taking our pictures he saw us and he was trying to come towards us. Seeing this we ran towards a restaurant and waited for that guy to go. But he was not leaving, so went back to our bus stop and after 10 minutes our bus came. So we are safely back to our home. I could say that this is one of my most memorable days in my life.
